Thank you for shopping at Studio Slay. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
1. Domestic Shipping Estimates

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days to reach most locations across India.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen conditions or festive seasons).
2. Shipping Rates

We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India.

For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹49-₹99 will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and an SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
4. Damages

Studio Slay is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if the packaging was completely intact. If you received your order damaged, please unbox it and take a video, then reach out to our support team within 24 hours.
